Merge to 1 offering
The first is tailor made for organizational executives and consists of one on one personalized monthly meetings with an Encyte Solutions consultant. Time is spent delving into the unique challenges and opportunities of the executive and the organization.
The second is program based, designed for the development of key non-executive leadership roles. By utilizing either the DISC Profile or Leadership Circle Profile 360, Encyte Solutions consultants invest in a series of monthly development meetings with selected director or manager for a period of 4 months.
