About
Meet Lyndee Berkley
I've spent more than 25 years helping leaders and teams see what's really driving the way they work. I started in technology consulting at Accenture and Avanade, leading programs, accounts and change initiatives, and I learned that the hardest problems were rarely technical. They lived in the space between people.
So I founded Encyte Solutions to work on exactly that. Today most of my work is with teams, leading workshops for intact and cross-functional teams that make their dynamics visible and help them work better together. I also run leadership cohorts and coach the leaders of those teams. I bring a deep toolkit, from DISC and the Enneagram to the Leadership Circle Profile and ORSC, plus frameworks I've developed myself. I hold an MBA from the University of Denver.
My goal in every engagement is the same: make the invisible visible, so people can choose how they show up instead of reacting.
